The SAFE AI Foundation is a non-profit 501c(3) organization registered with the State of California and its operations rely on donations from individuals, companies, investors, and other organizations.

All donations are tax-exempt. Donations are welcome (EIN: 33-3493424) and if you wish to remain anonymous, we would be happy to oblige. Please make your checks to:

NOTE: If you need a formal receipt, do let us know. Donations coming from outside the United States must be made on a check drawn from a USA Bank, such as Bank of America, etc. No foreign checks and no international wires/transfers are allowed.

WARNING: The SAFE AI Foundation DOES NOT operate branches in Asia or Europe, etc. Any foreign websites citing "safe ai foundation" and claiming they are a branch of us is not true and not legitimate.
