In this section, we list external reports (not written by us) that are related to AI and may be helpful to readers. These reports tend to look at a broader scope, with some covering international activities, business and market insights, indexes, statistics, charts, adoption and revenue numbers.

The SAFE AI Foundation is not a consultancy house, nor are we a computer science research entity. Rather, we operate specifically as a foundation to interface with the public, industries, major AI stakeholders, government, etc., to address key AI issues and help shape and steer AI in the right direction, and to achieve AI-driven innovation, prosperity and safety for all.

International AI Safety Report

Yoshua Bengio led an international group to investigate deeply on AI Risks and AI Safety. This is a comprehensive 298-pages report.

Wharton AI Adoption Report

In a sharp contrast to the MIT Report, the Wharton School 90-pages Report highlighted that the AI Adoption is in full swing and some companies have reported good ROI and ARR.

MIT State of AI in Business Report

In this 26-pages report by MIT NANDA, it revealed that 95% of GenAI business generate zero return. Just 5% of integrated AI pilots are extracting millions in value, while the rest remain stuck with no measurable P&L impact. This is a startling find.

Stanford Annual AI Index Report

In this 457-pages report by Stanford, Accenture, McKinsey, Linkedin, GitHub, etc., the AI Index is used to track and interpret trends in AI. They offered 12 key takeaway points. The overall coverage is broad.
